Slam, I am new manager and can't comment all the BB problems and unfair things. I only comment what I feel at that moment as a problem. I don't want to gain or loose advantage over someone else. I just want to have the possibility to manage my team the way I want it - to follow my training and match plans. That's it.

You know better than anyone else that I don't understand so well trainings and I asked you a lot about my U21 players what to do. I don't understand tactics. It is difficult to plan things and change them. The possibility of 3 matches during ASG week is needed and greatly appreciated by lot's of teams. You see that teams with less players gain advantage with only 2 possible matches over teams with more players on the bench. This is not so fair play. And it is not so realistic to have a team with only 7-8 players.

Also, as the guy above mentioned - you can't train 6 players on maximum. I also started the season with idea to train 6 players but the salary of youth coach was too big and decided to sell draftees. Now I train 3 players but if I was still training 6 players - then I am loosing training or I have to train freethrows and stamina but I can do that during offseoson.

About national cup I don't know what to say because I loose 1-2-3 round and I don't understand cups so much but I am not against Finals to be in equal time. But it is another topic. Nobody forces users to play 3 matches if they implement second friendly. Everyone can choose for his team - 2 or 3 matches. If everyone can choose what fits him best nobody will be robed. But maybe teams with 7-8 players don't want 3rd match to happen for having some advantage, now I get why some teams are against :)))

To same you some time, trouble and (eventual) disappointment: this game is very anti-evolving, as you're finding out.

.....some people are telling you that they prefer the way it is because it add a layer of complexity to Buzzerbeater and help sort out good managers from not as good managers...

Are you serious about that? Because I can do the changes and I believe every manager can do the changes to 2 matches. If you believe it makes you good manager in some way - then the game is dead. Literally. I think great manager you can be if you know how to train your players, how to gain enough money, how to make tactics and win games etc. etc. Changing game plan for 1 week is the big difference in managing the team? I hope you and all of the rest managers that support this opinion are just joking. I can do it and I am doing it right now ......the problem is the time and effort to change the conception for pointless reason. And this pointless reason is making my nerves crazy. Some things in the game should be basic - like training, matches during week etc. Basic things will help a lot of managers to feel more joy from the game. As you can see - not all the guys are happy to change gameplan, trainings, benches etc just for one week and then turning it all back. Also, if you want some more users to come and stay, you should try to let them stay with some more reason and sense in the things. The teams must have some basic possibilities here!!! Not everybody want to spend hours in the game. So some things should be basic if you have possible 3 matches during season - it should be all the weeks!!! If you have 2 possible matches during season - it should be all the weeks!!! Offseason is different thing but the season is something basic and it should be the same possibilities during all the weeks!!! I have no problem with 1 leaugue game and 1 friendly during season - but I want it from the beginning to the end of the season!!! But if you really believe that this week is making you better managers - let's then do it one more time after the first 7 games - one week with only 1 league game and 1 friendly. You will have the opportunity to be even greater managers and I will just not train U21 or NT players anymore so I just ignore these weeks and I will don't care. Now the difference maybe is not big in training as you said ....but I am trying to do the best for my prospects and they are not the best.. if I want them to be in U21 they should train the best way possible. Ask our coach Fulham if you don't believe ...he said they are a little bit behind.

Maybe you are right I am shouting the same things again and again but I just don't find reasonable arguments here for the opposite position.

The "big" argument for only 2 possible matches is the National Cup thing. You have to deserve it and bla bla... But you are living in the French-American Dream :) I told you already that here in Bulgaria you have to play the FINAL in the National Cup if you want to have 3 matches. In other words - mission is possible only for 2 teams in the whole country! I saw that in USA there are 1000 users, in France 800 users ....here 100 users, the National Cup ends a little bit faster. So, if you really want to give me this as an argument - then National Cup competition should be equal for all the countries. In other words - or the National Cup has to end in the same time for all the countries around or you just can't use this as an argument in this topic.

Also, the other argument is something like - the best managers know how to manage their teams and spirits and shapes etc. Here, as you can see - this is another dream... this time I will not call it French-American but I will call it - Top Team Dream! So, only the best teams and managers in the game should have the possibility to play these possible 3 games - the choosen ones of course, the best of the best and the top of the top of all teams and managers. So, do you think about there are new users in this game, less experienced managers, managers with less time to spend in the game and on and on.... do you think about that or you are just talking about top managers and what they want? That is why I asked before - do you want new users in this game? More guys like me to come here and stay?
Do you think that time is needed for new managers to learn how to build their teams, how to change better tactics and benches with the players?! What about managers that have less time and enter only 2-3 times per week etc?
Some things have to be just basic! If you want more guys to have fun and stay here and the game to develop, this is the boulevard.

If you think that these 3 possible matches will make the game too easy which has to be the last argument or something like that - then you have to think for something else to do it harder. I already posted other topic about Offensive and Defensive focus of the players. This was just a starting point to think about - I don't pretend that I mastered the idea or something. Think about other things that will do the game harder and more tactical and interesting. Don't touch and don't use the basics to achieve that. But if you think you are really in the right way right now - let's do it even harder and to make one week 2 matches, one week 3 matches, one week 2 matches, one week 3 matches and you will have to deal with that all the time until you get too tired I suppose and you start to understand my point of view... and of less experienced users. Basics should be basics and during season to be the same. New users and less experienced users should have where to step until they build the knowledge to play like the top teams.
