Yeah, I've read the rules and know what kind of offense I want to run. I try to change my defense up depending on the matchups.

Given your current lineup, what offensive and defensive schemes would you use against a team like the Bruins (23229)? :-)

Is this question open to everyone or just carpetpig? I have a few ideas of how I'd approach it. :)

(Yes, I realize I typed his name wrong. This way looks better to me.)

I've been getting my mentoring from the HT thread. Just now have started talking with Stogey about improving my team. I think this thread is a great idea and I'm wondering if its not something the BB staff can't formalize for new teams signing up.

Maybe being greated by a real person willing to help would spur the new user to become invested in their teams.

Definitely a good idea. Retaining manager interest was always a struggle when I was coaching / scouting England (early England--the community has definitely improved) and India. Having 1-1 communication more available for new teams is an idea I support.

ok since i finally had a little bit of free time i was able to go through and pick out the users that have volunteered for mentoring. if you're on this list and no longer want to mentor please let me know. and those of you that would still like to continue please list how many users you are mentoring. i don't want to send too many people in one user's direction.
