Habe aussedem gemerkt das man Sprungwurf ja gar nicht mehr nur auf einer Position trainieren kann. Früher ging das aber oder?

Nein. Das einzige, was mal neu dazu gekommen ist, war das Training auf den Flügelpositionen. Vielleicht meinst du Reichweite? Das ist auf Einzeltrainingspositionen trainierbar und anzuraten.
