I have always found that part of the problem with the offsite (for me at least) is that there is TOO much still floating there.

It really needs to be trimmed back. At lot of the previous years info is great reference materials, but a master list of previous teams and tactics could replace multiple boards of discussion.

Getting back to the u21 team, with the discussion heading towards selecting the next manager, it is my hope that with all this talk of structures and systems for extended staff which began with the NT elections, that some of these come into being.

And as my trainee will be 21 for the 2nd year of the next managers stint, my vote can be bought ;)

Now im sure Leeroy must be reeling at this, because i remember a few seasons ago he forgot to set a scrimmage lineup and he got absolutely crucified on the forums.

I was involved earlier this season with scouting for the u21 games, but then had family stuff happen and then moved house and was without internet for a couple of weeks.

Probably not the place to be asking but since those 2 weeks I can't login to offsite forum because I can't remember my password, I try getting how to change password thing sent to my email but it doesn't show up in inbox or spam folder, I thought I used the email I have for buzzerbeater but it obviously isn't which is weird.

Any ideas?

i dont agree with using a federation as it is exclusive to supporters. what happens to non-supporters who wish to provide input?

that is a terrible opinion.

just an example. ezlife doesnt have supporter. he is a quality manager who could contribute to the NT if he wanted

Well Leeroy was crucified by Latino, who had his own agenda.

In any case, I was busy last week, including renovating my investment property and then being involved in a car accident.

I'm really looking forward to seeing the debate and quality candidates stepping forward.

I made the decision a few weeks ago to retire from the game and go bot, but have since decided to just become a farm team for the U21. So I will be training Power Forwards soon...

Hope everyone is ok. My car was in a crash in the school holidays and was written off, it is so annoying but then again I am loving driving my hot, sexy new car.

It will be great to see a new generation of elite power forwards go through the U21 and national teams.

The problem is the offsite is dead.

Most people can't be bothered logging in to another forum these days. Isn't interaction with only supporters better than no interaction at all?

A non-supporter that wanted to provide input would still have options - BB-mails, etc. Could also keep the offsite running alongside a fed if there was enough interest.
