Well that's me done. I've spat the chewie and put all my starters up on the TL. I also fired most of my bench players, Doc and PR, keeping only my trainer.

Last season was tough to swallow but this has just iced the cake and my frustration levels hit a massive high. Last season I got rolled by the late buy in team, this season I got suckered in last minute as buy in team and got legged in the attempt. Yes I probably could have played to game 3 but this was the cyber version of me grabbing everything in reach and throwing it across the room in an fit of rage. It's just how I roll yo!

Next season I am outright tanking, with only enough wage cost to hold my floor salary, to relegate back to Div III, where I plan to regroup or fade into obscurity (undecided).

This will allow me to continue to train my two guards and hopefully regain the passion to strive for ABBL glory once more.

P.S. you may also notice my name change from ViOlator to ViOlated... Just how i'm feeling right now. Had I figured out how to change my team name, it would now be "The Violated". :-P

Where are you looking? Something tells me you may have slipped back to season 19? That would be cruel though, winning another MVP. A bit like if the Heat didn't win the championship for Lebron this season...

Bad luck Vio - that could have gone either way. I was about to drop my doctor for a cheaper one, but your run of luck has made me think twice about that. The silver lining is you have a great core of young players to train up and rebuild around!

In other news, congratulations West Indies on a well played season! Your players are incredible given their low salaries. A classic case of David vs Goliath in the relegation series, and you came through no sweat!

Congrats Snuffies on a well played season and good luck in ABBL - condolences to Team Lordy and PPH. Good luck in Div 3.

I've been very lucky this season to be in a fairly easy conference where the majority of teams were tanking. I don't expect that run of luck to continue, so we will be eying the transfer list and looking to pick up some talent to allow us to stay alive up here in div2!

Yes it certainly could have gone either way and I truly believe had my SF not gone down after 9 min, I'd have won for sure. I've heard it so many times before but actually feeling just how cruel this game can be is not fun.

If you're looking for cheap upgrades, rumour is my starters are unhappy and open to offers! ;-)

I would honestly be shocked if Rembecki went back-to-back. He's been behind my C all season long. ;-)

Will be quite interesting to see who does take it out this season. Most of the scoring stand outs come from teams outside of the 4 in each conference. This normally has a lot do with selection from my experience.

Bad luck Lordy it was a very close game & you really had me worried!!! But now there will be a party at my place free run, free beer and all the hot women you can never actually have, everyone is invited :)

It was great that my little team was able to survive & Im looking forward to more fun next season with all of you!!!

Violated I am very sorry that you had such bad luck, come to my party & forget about it.

Tough to see a superstar like Wiley go for a measly $ 563 400. That's a $170k salary player, with a few seasons still under his belt, going very cheap.

Two of my guys will be gone before Sat's game.

Just heard that there are changes to the salary floor limited, with a 140%. Looks like my planned tank next season isn't going to be as rewarding as I'd hoped...

I wouldn't have thought this is the best time to be selling? I'm thinking the start of the new season would be a better time...

Why did you sell up before this weekend's game anyway? You could've delayed the sale by a couple of days and still sold them Sunday night without paying any extra wages?

I hope you don't give up completely, we all take tough beats (obviously it's worse in a final), but your team was good enough to make it to the grand final, there's no reason why you couldn't have done it again next season.

In any event, good luck for the future!
