I like his secondaries very much. JS, PAS and OD are pretty good IMO.

I got a plan for my rookie:
http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/23478049/overview.aspx

Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: average ↑ Handling: average
Driving: respectable Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: inept Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: awful Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: average Free Throw: strong

Experience: atrocious

I was planning on OD until 14,then PA for the rest of the season. IN the next season is 1 vs 1for about 3/4 of the season(IDK how long,Maybe 2 weeks after all-star?),and then JR for the rest. In his 20 y.o. season is JS to about 13 with JR to about 11-13,and for the rest of that season is catching up on HA,PA,(and Maybe IS too?) In his 21 y.o. season,Maybe a U21 prospect. I thought The elastic effect would be nice, since his stats are close. It will speed up his stats, but the start of the next stat wil be rough. But,training all around for 21 y.o. season, making everything 14+,if not capped.
