Homegrown = players drafted by your team.
Locals = players of your teams nationality.

Players which originally have been drafted by your team, sold and bought back are somewhere inbetween.

Are they really inbetween, though? I think I saw some explanations that homegrown players who were bought back are considered homegrown.

Thats right … I may have understood the question in a different way.

Merchandising boost is the same for Homegrown players independent if they have been sold.

Actually a great training facility
Something along the line can work, but your I players (reserve) minutes depend on the score of the match, as GE doesn't really let reserves play.

I used something similar and it was fine as long as the players were available to play.

I think the prevailing opinion is that you should completely preempt GE putting random players by this:
PG: (empty)>A>A

From my experience, A>A>A does not always work, especially in blowouts.

Actually the other guy is correct aswell, i use this with a blank in a starter position.

But hey as long as it works

A > A > A has worked for me in the past 2 seasons. Occasionally players got subbed for a minute, but rarely more than that even in blowouts.

I dont trust the game enough to leave an open spot

Working fine for me for 30 seasons now 😇
