I got a plan for my rookie:
http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/23478049/overview.aspx

Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: average ↑ Handling: average
Driving: respectable Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: inept Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: awful Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: average Free Throw: strong

Experience: atrocious

I was planning on OD until 14,then PA for the rest of the season. IN the next season is 1 vs 1for about 3/4 of the season(IDK how long,Maybe 2 weeks after all-star?),and then JR for the rest. In his 20 y.o. season is JS to about 13 with JR to about 11-13,and for the rest of that season is catching up on HA,PA,(and Maybe IS too?) In his 21 y.o. season,Maybe a U21 prospect. I thought The elastic effect would be nice, since his stats are close. It will speed up his stats, but the start of the next stat wil be rough. But,training all around for 21 y.o. season, making everything 14+,if not capped.

I really want to encourage some managers, to train their own drafts or search for '19yo garbage' on the transferlist which nobody else wants. trust in your trainees, give 'em time to develop.

i want to give you another update on my 'best', because favourite trainee. put a lot of work into him. he improves slowly and isn't much better than some 18yo premium drafts. still i love him:

Dieter Augsburger (19410934)

Dieter Augsburger was pick 7 in the season 15 draft by Roter Stern Konstanz.

Age: 22 +3

Outside Def.: strong(8) ↑ +2 Handling: mediocre(5) +3

Inside Shot: strong(8) +3 Inside Def.: proficient +2
Rebounding: strong(8) +6 Shot Blocking: proficient(9) +2

he will be trained along with:

Marvin Alexander Lezius (23873587)

Marvin Alexander Lezius was pick 6 in the season 18 draft by Roter Stern Konstanz

Age: 18
Height: 6'8" / 203 cm
Potential: perennial allstar

Jump Shot: average(6) Jump Range: inept(4)
Outside Def.: mediocre(5) +1 Handling: mediocre(5)
Driving: awful(3) Passing: average(5)
Inside Shot: inept(4) Inside Def.: strong(8) +1

Stamina: pitiful(2) Free Throw: atrocious(1)

"He is crap, both are crap, potential is to low!, starting skills are to low!" most of you thought.

tell u what? i'll just give 'em time. both will contibute, augsburger already does, helping my ballclub get into extratime and win my away-tv-game yesterday with a key stop and a key 3pointer in the final 1:20 of regular time.

2 other own draftpicks (but no trainees anymore):

Rickleff Distler (4599748)

Rickleff Distler was pick 14 in the season 4 draft by Roter Stern Konstanz

Age: 32 +14
Height: 6'4" / 193 cm
Potential: superstar

Jump Shot: marvelous(15) +9 Jump Range: prolific(11)+4
Outside Def.: tremendous(13)+7 Handling: prolific(11)+4
Driving: prolific(11)+5 Passing: strong(8)+1
Inside Shot: sensational(12)+5 Inside Def.: sensational(12)+7
Rebounding: sensational(12)+5 Shot Blocking: awful(3)+2
Stamina: respectable(7)+3 Free Throw: sensational(12)+5

Experience: proficient(9)+8

Patrick Platthaus (13312224)

Patrick Platthaus was pick 15 in the season 11 draft by Roter Stern Konstanz

Age: 26+7
Height: 7'3" / 221 cm
Potential: perennial allstar

Jump Shot: mediocre(5)+2 Jump Range: atrocious(1)

guess what? i gave 'em time ;-)

my 2 cents
