could turn an expected loss into a lucky win for one of you guys.

But I'm not even competing with you, lol! I think you aren't aware that I really don't care to win the title, & never have very much. (i do try to trick myself into a state of semi-interest from time to time though) Like, hypothetically had I made the finals vs. your pre big-money team... I might have even rooted for your team over mine.

I could *easily* buy a title this season & could have bought the last 2 seasons. (Could have sustained a team of 8 $200k+ guys if i really had wanted to). But since at least DIII I just didn't care about that. Like then, my only goal was seeing how good i could do with a sub $100k payroll. (back to back finals!). I'm probably in the vast BB minority however.

(For the record... Obviously if I were super-serious about BB, I wouldn't waste $50k in dead salary week after week, season after season. Or have played in DII with an arena 1/2 to 1/3 the size of other teams. Or 3 position / team training. Or any of the other purposely "wrong" things i've done / continue to do...)

Now I'm not saying that winning the cup / making the final 16 in the world (B3) didn't entertain me. But a lot of the entertainment was because I didn't buy it & did it with a bunch of self imposed constraints.

Just meant that I don't/didn't really care to win, even though i easily could. I mean i promoted with like 12 million dollars, and started 12-4. Certainly enough $ to buy the end of the season + playoffs had it mattered to me. (pretty hard to mess that up if going for it!). But not something i was remotely interested in doing.

Wasn't saying others weren't playing under constraints. And I definitely respect all those that train when they feel it's not in their best interest! Believe it or not, i was still "training" into my 1st NBBA season. If you can call it that, lol. BTW, when i wrote team training i actually meant the "outside shooting for team" type & *not* FT/Stam/GS. Anyway... glancing over the help/other forums from time to time... there's a *ton* of try-hard teams out there however. (the vast majority i'd say)

the game isn't the game without the little green arrows on Friday mornings.

I realized I no longer needed the little green arrows, cuz i have red arrows galore every week!!! my training page is a sea of red. Moses came back from the dead & tried to part it.

Another awful showing for my squad :O I was actually pretty pessimistic on account of being down a bit on enth and getting a poor gameshape update, but yuck! I like how you had 4 turnovers and committed 8 fouls, can you teach my guys how to play like that?

Is it too early for me to start gameplanning for relegation vs. Black Mambas?

its been a long time (that i can recall) since i offered a mtie.

King Drive Ballers put more into this game than Black Mambas

in this episode of mtie-ignoring, KDB doubles down and CTs in response. barring a late rebuild by Reston this game could be decisive in the battle for the coveted 5 seed.

I don't think anyone in their right mind would have mTIE'd that game, does any other fixture on your guys' schedules even matter?? You're playing your own game over there.

Highlight of my season! A scrimmage with a Ghanaian team!

EDIT: The odds of this were astronomical. No Ghanaian team has even played a scrimmage this season, although there are only 4 of them...

After your recent roster move, you've got the most expensive roster in the entire league now. You also pay about 90k more in salary than I do.

I really don't care to win the title, & never have very much.

I see. So was this new player just all lonely on the Transfer Market and you felt sorry for him? How generous of you, providing a home and shelter for a player in need. The soup kitchens in Milwaukee will be sorry to see him go.
