They need some One on One to get Driving/Handling up. Other then that depends what type of guard you want but OD and JS are good areas to start.

That's a great trainee, i think you should get his passing to at least proficient. Otherwise he's very good.

Currently training JS. I'm planning to train JS until the first few weeks of season 15 (when main trainee 1's JS is at sensational), when move onto OD for the rest of the next season.
