Regarding this statement: "The level of the staff member does not impact the effectiveness of the specialty."

Then whats the advantage of having higher level staff members? Any charts with difference between those levels? Thanks!

the main work of the staff isn't the speciality.

Doc: Shorter injury, sligthly faster Healing
Coach: more Training
PR: More Merchandize, and better fan mood

What do you mean by more training regarding the trainers? Will a higher level trainer help my player improve faster than a level 1 trainer? Or does it just help the coach manage my players' minutes? Thanks!

A higher level trainer will improve your trainees faster. Unfortunately he can´t manage the minutes, it´d be great.
This is a post about how can your players improve their skills, with a 5 level trainer, if yours is level 1 the improving will be slower.

Doc: Less injuries, shorter recovery, a bit faster healing
Trainer: more effective training
PR*: merchandise, higher attendance especially at non-bleachers seats (theory)

*There were some changes realting attendance/arenas, merchandising and tv contracts post all-star break so things can change a bit.
