i can't get it from the old.buzzerbeter.org, and i don't think they will update it.
could you refer me to similar, good application.

I personally use Buzzer Control, it's decent enough.

you can retrieve manually your roster xml using BBAPI
for info (http://old.buzzerbeater.com/BBAPI/docs/)
