I think there is no real need to send it again.
Mark is prety busy lately. I got an answer to my mail yesterday, and I mailed him 4 days before.
So he's trying to catch up on his mails. If people resend their mails then he would only have more work...
At this time it is normal not to get reaction from him in the first days, or maybe even a week.
I suggest that you wait for 5 days, if you still have no reaction, then you can resend your mail.
