The higher the lvl, the higher % the increase.

My Trainer coach is also lvl 4 and his rise is also 1.75% so i guess there is a formula that states that lvl 4 coaches have their salaries increase by 1.75%

My Lvl 2 doctor seem to increase by 1.2% and my lvl 4 PR manager increased 1.7%

So I guess the formula also splits it into a role and lvl of that role.

Can anyone else confirm this and prove its not a random fluke that both the lvl 4 trainer's salary increased by 1.75%?

Salary * (0,75 + 0,25* Staff level)

Thats the formula for the salary increase, so see your 1,75 confirmed for staff level 4.

so, if I have a lvl 6 staff member, with 25k salary, next week, according to formula, he will have: 25.000*(0,75 + 0,25*6)= 56.250?
not too much? :-D
or I don't understand something :)

well I think that this part is (0,75 + 0,25*6)= 2,25%, so increase of salary is for 2,25% of 25 000. so it's missing /100 in formula if I'm not wrong and amount you get + 25 000 is his next salary, but maybe I'm wrong. I didn't try it.
