Is it better to get a trainer with Career Extension or with Fitnesss?

Career extension seems rather useless to a great majority of teams, since the game is still young and so are most of top/good players. It should become an interesting speciality in a few seasons.

i find fitness to expensiv and career extension useless at this point, so i preffer the "normal" coaches.
