(115207.5) - this is what the bb say about it, i believe if they change the grammar of it and write, and emntion that this is the minimum amount we could have less confusion about it.

It's not a minimum, though, an expansion can be shorter than estimated.

construction projects never finish before schedule, sometimes they finish on schedulesometimes they finish on schedule, so on average the estimate is always an underestimate of the amount of time

thats was forest say, sounds for me like a minimum

Well, if there's a possibility of the expansion being less days than the estimate, I don't see how that can be a minimum.

If a 7 day construction can take 5 days, I can't see how you can call the minimum 7 days.

i am expanding now, expected to finish in 1 day, and started 4 days ago
first astimation was 7 days
so i say it can deffintly take less time to expand

it can be interesting what Charles would have said about this, i don't think it's a bug thogh

ok in this case i should be wrong, maybe you could post it there to get an answer from him i am not sure if he reads the question forum completly :)

For myself i normally count with time to expand * 1,5, which is normallly close to the truth for planning - because i wouldn't expect to be lucky like you.

Charles told me directly that expansions can be shorter than promised.

The fastest that I have ever seen was an 10 expansion that finished in 7 days..The slowest was a 7 day that took 11...You just never know....peace
