The only way you could have it higher than 9 during a match is if you're still in your national cup (or also in BBB?) because then you could TIE 3 games per week.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

in B3(BBB) you can't TIE.It was in season 6 or 7, but right now it's like in a scrimmage game.

That may be because it doesn't work the same for every team (as it is stated in the rules) and lower teams have less harsh enthusiasm regime and more favourable home court advantage. That may be it.
