you are playing too much crunch time then...
taking a game easy will add 33% to your anthusiasm and crunching it will cut in in half
after enough time pass by you will always reach 5
enthusiasm is a very important part of the game, so i suggest you only crunch in games you absolutly think there is no other way to win and you realy must
i personaly also preffer to take it easy on games i think i'm gonna win easily or against much superior team that i have no chance agains
i'm usually around 9-10 enthusiasm due to that
also note you will perform better even if you TIE when your enthusiasm is high enough, could be even better then playing normal with 5 and below
