About the potentials ...
I am curious if you noticed how it works, potential players, specifically as influencing development of the skills.
I think something like next: for example, let's say a player "perennial allstar".Ok, this means he will reach a certain amount of his skills as much as his potential will alow (from 3,4, or maybe 5 skills).then he will didn't progress in any skill ...
I have a case like this, a player who didn't pop up from 8 weeks.He is prominent and I have trained him inside shot from 8 weeks but no pop ... so, what do you think about that?

But for example, 80-100 k for perennial allstar is weekly salary or ... ?

Yes. He is already over 100K. Also keep in mind that only start of season salary is shown. His real salary for the purpose of this calculation could be even higher since you kept training him, so he is fully caped for sure.

Here u can find a salary calculator but keep in mind that it counts the salary based on the current skills, but not the decimals
