-2-3 zone will increase your opponent's inside defence and rebounding while weakening his perimeter defence. You could use your best outside shooters and an outside focus to your offence to exploit this.

-Look Inside is (obviously) an inside-focus offence and can be counteracted by the 2-3 zone, playing your best inside defenders.

-Run and Gun is a high tempo outside-focus offence. You could choose to use the 3-2 zone or the 1-3-1 zone, both of which boost outside defence at the cost of inside defence and rebounding.
However, some BB managers believe that outside focus offences are not very effective at the moment due to the comparitively low outside shooting skills of players, and so would not recommend using an outside-focused defence because (a) your opponent could miss a lot of his shots in any event and (b) if he misses his shots, by not using an outside-focus defence, you'll prevent him getting additional offensive rebounds because your team rebounding rating would be higher.
For my part, I would look at my opponents recent games and see which of his outside shooters is the most effective, use man-to-man and cover his best outside shooter with my best outside defender. It would also depend on how good his outside shooting was compared to my normal perimeter defence and whether my team's rebounding rating could survive being weakened by an outside-focus defence.
