I played a few Low posts in the past and from what I've seen is that they take less outside shots than Look inside. They only take outside shots if they are forced.
Look inside on the other hand still has shots outside the paint.
I think that's a function of the pacing, where Look Inside has a quicker pace, so if the inside shot isn't there immediately then they'll look outside, while a Low Post team will stubbornly pound it inside.
