I've changed the thread title, only in that the word used has an extremely negative connotation in English, and it's pretty clear to me that is not what the point you were trying to make was.

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

A vote of approval from England. I'd like to see more ethnicities represented in the English player pool.

When Vito BK started in Norway there were two black players out of 18 players: (2612007) and (2612012). I think that is about 'normal' - what ever that is?

I think some might miss an important point here.
Although there are some other colored persons born in a given country, still most will be of the color of the 'native' people.

It is not because there are many diffrent colored people playing in a team of one country that all players have the nationality of that country. Here in BB we will get teams with many diffrent colored players as well as we start getting our stars abroad to strengthen our teams.

I agree there should be some splash, but it is not so easy to find a good mix of faces produced.
For example in Belgium I don't think there are many black people born here, just a very few, same with 'yellow'. Again I think, there are some brown, and even a little more 'lighter shade of' brown, but the majority is still white. We can't expect Bs to know this for every country, as it is even hard for a person living there (me) to 'guess' the right amount.
Then when you think further on, there might be some suggestions about hair colors as well, as the natural 'orange' people are more in the north, and less in the south, while the opposite goes for black hair, and this is only for part of Europe!
If you want to mix this up to get a realistic mix, it is near impossible...
Therefor it might be easiest to just get 1 skin color in countries where the majority of the born people is in a certain color, and get a 50/50 mix where 2 major colored people are born, and so on... and get in a good mix of haircolors.
After a while when the TL has done it's job, we will all have nicely mixed teams. Just my opinion... ;)

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

i agree with you .. in isreal 99% from the players are "black" ..
so really , try to do it something like the real-life and add for this more creativity ..

and its not only "black" and "white" .. you can add more colours and more faces like ginger and more changes in the players face and not only in the hair and in the eyes..
