When it comes to understanding a game, choose the tactics to use and study the opponent do not think makes much difference if it comes to club team or national team. In any case i have twice experience in BB respect you.

no offence ment to nobody, but let me just make this comment:

but with 9 seaso of experience, you'd expect someone to be in the second division by now ( ok, Italy is very competitive, but then atleast be at the top of the 3 division)

what some people misunderstand is that experience doesn't mean playing this game for a certain ammount of seasons, but actually understanding the game and improving.

now to help the Lubnan users a bitt here, i'll ask all candidates to answer these questions:

first off: what do you think a U21 coach should be? what is his main task?

2) what is the essential difference between U21 and NT teams?

3) what is missing in your speeches ( Takis 16, JohnkarydiS and max1984brillafauci, you ALL are forgetting one crutial thing)

you might have talked to eachother, or talk to eachother on msn, but that still doesn't mean you are more suitable for this U21 job than anyone else.

and you haven't answered my questions... a U21 candidat coach should be able to answer them. i won't write down the answeres immediately, to gvie everyone a chance at giving an answer to that question. cause if you can answer them correctly, then you'll have proved to understand what this country really needs for the U21 coach.

i'll also try and help you out, by saying this

knowing their can be 18 players on the U21 team. how many will you select AND why that number?

PS: posting a list of talents is nice, but you are still missing essential things, and aslong as those aren't solved, then having that list is useless.

1) a coach of u21 should be very patient, lkes to do this job and very talkative(with bb mails here...:))
2)u21 teams has differences with a NT first of all in u21 you make the players for the NT with right training NT will have a good squad after a couple of seasons second u21 team needs more more organization than NT et.c

3)i know that this number is big but the players who will have a training for seasons is small if we say that they are 30 the 10 of them after one or two seasons can play for u21.....!!!!

I think the main feature of a coach of the Under-21 is that it should form a group of players who will be subject to constant change every season for the age limit also must be prepared great attention to the players coming out of the draft.

The difference with the seniors, I think that is while players of the senior team, who have many years of his career, can be easily multiskill players of the Under-21 players are unlikely to be complete, especially in the early years career, which means that the team must be organized differently to the seniors.
