My friend also cant loggin. dax_ts is the name, and he cant send mail. It says that there is no such username as dax_ts

Would'nt it be a good idea to ask e-mail instead of account name in the password recover procedure ? (And send account name by mail also) .

Seems like there are other people involuntarily creating bots team like that.
When didn't succeed to connect, they are sending new application form with different e-mail...

Sorry if i'm not clear.
