If you ever played HT and used the HT Ratings Calc tool its similar to that. If you haven't, its a customizable matchup predictor based on team ratings, including a handy game-based team ratings import tool.

Ok, I take it back, there's sadly no way to blame this on anyone (except the Italian hosting service--those damn Italians!). Should be fixed now, let me know if you continue having any trouble with it.
