Bonjour a tous, vous trouverez ci-dessous, mon dossier de présentation en vue de devenir le sélectionneur de votre nation : Le Luxembourg
Présentation :
Je m’appelle Sebastien, je vais avoir 23 je suis Français, je vais a la rentrée 2011 entame ma dernière année de formation en apprenti en école d’ingénieur en électronique/électricité .
Mon temps libre, je le partage, entre mon club de basket ou je suis vice-president, ma copine, mes amis et Buzzerbeater bien évidemment, qui est pour moi le meilleur jeu de management simulation de sport.
Mon parcours BB
Sur Buzzerbeater, je manage l’équipe de Deauville actuellement en ligue IV.60. Je suis arrive sur le jeu a la fin de la saison 8. J’ai donc échappé à la relégation cette saison en finissant 5eme puis ensuite j’ai toujours participe aux Play-offs.
- Saison 9 éliminé en demi-finale de PO
- Saison 10 éliminé au 1er tour
- Saison 11 éliminé au 1er tour
- Saison 12 éliminé en finale des PO pour 3 petits points …

Je pense donc maintenant avoir acquis assez d’expérience dans ce jeu pour , après la formation d’un jeune qui a évolué en –U21, relever un nouveau défi, celui d’un poste de selectionneur national.

Pourquoi le Luxembourg ?
J’ai choisi ce pays car c’est un pays anglophone et que le Luxembourg a vraiment besoin d’une personne motivée pour donner un élan à cette nation. En effet, au classement le Luxembourg pointe a la 93ème place sur 98, ce qui en fait la plus mauvaise nation européenne …

Objectif :
L’objectif sera avant tout de faire le point complet sur tous les joueurs Luxembourgeois afin de pouvoir en tirer le meilleur et grappiller quelques places au classement afin de ne pas se retrouver dernière équipe Européenne, pour cela l’ Euro sera forcément une compétition à ne pas manquer et il faudra donc gagner le maximum de matchs tout en restant réaliste. Après l’Euro, il faudra alors tirer les leçons de cette compétition et déjà préparer l’ Euro pour le futur manager, car je pense qu’il faut tout de même rester dans la réalité, mais le Luxembourg a de très faibles chances de jouer le championnat du monde, même si j’aimerais bien.

Le staff :
Je pense qu’il est nécessaire de s’entourer de personnes volontaires. Pour cela je lancerai un appel aux Luxembourgeois en priorité si certains sont intéressés par ce poste. En effet je pense que d’avoir un staff permet de répartir les taches, d’en avoir donc moins a sa charge et par conséquent de mieux les traiter. Au final, l’apport d’un staff est enrichissant, pour le selectionneur, les joueurs et forcement pour la Nation. Si je ne vois qu’aucune Luxembourgeois n’est intéressé par ce poste, je pense avoir des amis avec déjà une très bonne expérience sur ce jeu qui pourront m’entourer.

Effectif et tactiques :
Il y aura surtout un gros travail de fait sur le recensement des joueurs, pour ne garder les meilleurs et ensuite juger de nos forces et de nos faiblesses. Forcement pour cette tâche je compte sur tous mes amis manager Luxembourgeois pour répondre à nos BB mails et nous fournir les renseignements dont on aura besoin pour tirer au mieux cette équipe du Luxembourg vers le haut.

Communication :
Cela fait plusieurs saisons que je suis sur le jeu et j’ai toujours été une personne très active sur le forum de ma division, c’est très enrichissant, et cela donne du piment au jeu. Par conséquent, il y aura un petit débriefing publiques sur le forum de l’équipe nationale et un débriefing tactique avec le staff a l’issue de chaque match. De plus, je compte aussi sur vous pour écouter mes conseils et ceux de mon futur staff afin de faire progresser votre joueur, si je vois que le joueur n’est pas entrainé, je le mettrai à l’écart pour un autre joueur qui s’entraine et aura par conséquent un avenir plus prometteur.

Hello everybody, please find my presentation file to become the manager of your national team : Luxembourg
Presentation :
My name is Sebastien, I will be 23 soon. I will follow my last year of study of engineering school in électronic and electricity field.
My leisure time, I share between my basketball teamwhere I’m vice-president, my girlfriend, my friends et Buzzerbeater, who is the best sport management game.

My experience on BB :
On Buzzerbeater , I manage Deauville’s Team in ligue IV.60. I’m arrived on this game at the end of the season 8. Jescaped at relegation my firts year and after I always participated at Playoff.
- Season 9, eliminated in semi-final of PO
- Season 10, eliminated at 1st lap
- Season 11, eliminated at 1st lap
- Season 12, eliminitad in final of PO for 3 small points …
Now I think to have much experience in this game for, after have formated a young player who is evoluated in –U21, raise a new challenge, become a manager of national team.
Why Luxembourg ?
I choosed this country because you speak English and French and I think Luxembourg needs a motivate person to give an impulse. In fact, in ranking, Luxembours is 93rd to 98, and it’s the worst european team.

Objective :
Objective will be to make a point on all Luxembourg players to can make the best et win each places for never to be the last european team. For this, Euro competition will be a good competition and i twill win more games while being realist. After this competition il will make a point and work more for prepare the next competition for the futur manager, because I think Luxembourg will not qualifiate for the World cup … even if I would like.

Staff :
I think it’s necessary to have personns in Luxembourg staff. For this, I will start a call, in priority, for Luxembourg if you are interested. In fact, I think to have a staff can to allocate tasks, so have less works et in consequence to better treat them. Finally, a staff is rewarding for manager, players et for the Nation. If Luxembourg is not interrested by this post, I have Buzzerbeater friends, with many experience to give me conseils ans integrate my staff.
Roster and Tactics :
It will be a big work on recensement of players, to keep better players and after judge our strengths and weaknesses. For this task I expect you, luxembour friends, to ask our BBmails and to give us information we need for have all informations to have the better team and succeed our objectives.

Communication :
For several seasons I’m on the game and I always been a persson very active in the forum on my ligue, it’s very interessant and rewarding. Consequently, there will have a public debriefing after all matches on the national forum, and a debriefing with staff on tactics aspects. I wish you follow our advice about training players to progress your players. If I see that you don’t train this players, I will choose an another who will have a brillant future.

I'm a manager from Romanian and I want to become your national team manager.
Having this qaulity I want to do some things to improve your position and having some good players and good results such as:
1. Convincing the managers to train players from Luxembourg and also start a campaign of promoting BuzzerBeater in your country
2. In the second place I will make my base of selection the players wich have been part of U21 team and other young players which are still trained and can grow fast.
3. Training the players who have the skills to be part of NT in the skills that they are less trained for making a compact team and to have the resources to win more games and become a competitive team.
4. Adopting the better tactic and using the better players in each game
