Regardless, if you have a trainer market and start listing your trainers for sale because they got too expensive, then why would someone else buy it? Surely if you think it is too expensive then so will they.
There is nothing wrong with the current staff market so no need to change it.

Different teams have different budgets, so what is expensive for me may not be for someone who's in a higher league, who generates more profit than I do.

Anyway, I think the system is unfair, we should at least get some compensation when we decide to replace the trainer.
I still think BB should have a trainer market, so BB needs to change the current one.

Okay so if everyone keeps listing trainers when they get too expensive, how will trainers ever get cheaper?
Lets say you sell your trainer, how are you going to buy a cheaper one? There isn't going to be any new trainers generated.

Why is the current system unfair? You buy a trainer, keep him for 1 or 2 seasons and then replace him. It doesn't cost much. And there needs to be a way to remove money from the system.

Yeah, I think we should get a compensation when we replace the coach.

Something like the reimbursement of the transfer price we bought him.

That would be fair!

It is unfair because it isn't realistic. Why are the staff members wages increasing every week ? That's not a way to remove money from the system.

OK, maybe a trainer transfer market is a bit exaggerated but then what about getting a compensation when we replace him ? Like CRM said this would be fair!

The staff members wages increase each week to remove more money from the system. And if they didn't increase, people would just buy 1 staff and would never ever have to replace the staff because the salary won't increase.

Why do you need compensation when firing a staff member? It only costs you like 20k to 30k to fire the staff and replace him for level 4 staff.

As was stated earlier in the thread, this needs to go in the Suggestions forum.

If you have any ideas for the game or think there needs to be a specific change, please bring it up there.
