I mean there are few Centers and Power Forwards on the Transfer List relative to the number of Guards on the trasnfer list.
What you're saying should mean that there must be more Centers/PF than the harder to train guards. But from observation, it's the opposite. I wonder why.
I agree that SF's are the hardest to train.

I think the problem is that too many "big man trainers" simply follow a 'train IS/ID/Reb - repeat' formula and all this does is flood the market with very standard, 1 dimensional Centers. There isn't a lot of variation when so many people are training in exactly the same way and that's why the market has dropped more dramatically for big men than it has for guards.

The other problem with doing this is that salaries for those centers get out of hand fairly quickly so instead of changing their training routines and adding a little Jumpshot training or One on One, fixing up the passing etc i think a lot of managers just decide to switch to training guards instead because with 6 standard skills to train, salaries usually take a bit longer to get very high.

Honestly to have chances to be promoted I need at least another C/PF and a really strong playmaker or PG, before the po I need to buy someone otherwise I'll be relegated

Thanks but now economy is not a problem, my main problem now is to try to win one match a week with this roster :p
