It's actually in the Game Manual:

In addition, your team's enthusiasm tends back towards the default value of 5 over time. The further away enthusiasm is from 5, the more quickly it will tend back towards 5. Enthusiasm will always reach 5 during the offseason.


I know this, but not to get ent from 3 to 5 in 2 weeks seemed weird to me

I was coming on here to post the same exact bug. I CT the 14th and as it stands now I have had a 4 enthusiasm for about a week.

i can confirm that this bug existed in previous seasons, too. a very very slow "regeneration" of the 5, if a ct was played and no tie in common.

a guy always complained about that, so maybe it's to "punish" an early ct in the season.

For Pete's sake, everyone who thinks there's a bug, read this thread again. Especially Edju's post, with the quote from the rules: (155232.3). There's no bug.
