We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

I don't really understand what you point at.... its all in the way of Offer and Demand.... like market works.... you were offering 10 boxes at 800 $ and was pretty good price to have sold out.... now that you offer them at 1100 $ there are only 9 (imaginary) people that will buy this seat.... If you keep winning you might sell the 10th seat... or if next time you drop the price at 1050 for example you might aswell sell the last spot....

I hope I helped....

Hmm, I was just wondering because this 1 remaining luxury boxes seems to happen in several cases. Anyway, I guess I'll see what happens if I build more luxury boxes and see if still 9 of them are sold.

well...because this is a game , and all these attendances might be calculated on percentages... for example if you build another 10 boxes , you might get 11 out of 20 sold.... not sure though... but don't take it for granted that there is always 1 spot free...

I'll just see what happens after building several more luxury boxes.

As koz says, attendance in higher-value seats (luxury boxes and courtside) is more constant because it's based on the price of the seat. The farther you go into the cheap seats, the more the fans care about winning. Your bleacher bums won't show up en masse for a losing team even if the seats are relatively cheap (well, maybe if you're in a higher division and don't have a giant arena, which appears to be your situation). Your corporate fans paying through the nose will attend in greater numbers if you decrease prices, even if your team isn't doing that well.
