Well first if you looked at my division you would see that two teams are going to go bots ,but aren't yet and for your information I feel like my team is in good shape for the number of seasons I have played for.

I already have had my plan since starting this game going 12 and o in div 4 . This past season has been more bad luck than anything. I lost in the Canadian Tourney by one point. I just added a big piece to my puzzle and have two very good young players. I also have a bigger arena than most the teams in my league and most teams in div.3! If that's not enough I plan on seeing a strong prospect come with my draft day. I have a very good plan and to show my point my mentor has told me for the past two seasons my div3 league was the top league div 3 in Canada..

Learn to manage gameshape better and you wouldn't be in this problem. You have tons of guys at inept-average. That is not acceptable. If your players were all in good gameshape, you would not be in trouble of demoting IMO

My question is why do your starters play in both league games a week AND the scrimmages, thats a waste of gameshape and training

Hey Greggs
You have pretty weak players for Div.III, however you could still put up a decent fight if you would manage you're gameshape and enthusiasm. This is how I managed to beat most superior teams from my league. Enthusiasm makes a big difference. It's well worth loosing a few games in order to build it up for some more important ones.
Anyway, good luck in Div.IV. You should be able to promote back within a season if you get some new players and better manage their training/gameshape/enthusiasm, etc.

and players need only 48 minutes per week to train so you can still manage your game shape and get full training. My 2 main trainees missed only one training due to injury this season and look at my team's game shape
