Hello everyone, I'm Mracco!
I come from Italy and I'd be the new coach of the Under21 Macao.
I really think that is a very good team, with a substantial basis for the future to compete at higher levels. The current position in the ranking does not reflect the potential of this team. The main objective is to improve in the rankings, using in the best way this generation while we plan a better future. Me and my assistants will work hard to achieve the best possible growth of future young players that will be part of the national Under 21. To achieve these objectives, requires a detailed planning for the future, to avoid any waste of young talent and make it even more competitive this team.
My experience in the game is great, I play in BB from Season 4 in the difficult Italian league, getting good results and training many young players who were summoned in their national.
I'm here to win and to build a team that deserves your pride , I think I can do a pretty good job and I would be happy and honored to become the coach of the U21 Macao
