the second one could be an OK Shooting Guard - but only with a lot of investment into JR and HN, and some more on OD and JS afterwards.

Wow you're right about him being too small but that's the best starting salary I've ever seen...

train his guard skills to make him an outside focused SF. IS and ID will pop during JS, Driving and Pressure training.
