Not a bad prospect for a Div 4 team. I would focus on bringing up his inside skills at least to all respectable first.

Do not train him. His potenital is too low... sorry.. sell him.

and when you bid on a player, you don't automattically get the player. The player is acutioned. It will say a deadline, and if you are the one with the highest bid at the end of the time that it says, then you get the player.

there is no trouble in training starters in my eyes, they still reach a decent level and this one have great starting skill.

And i would go for PF.

There is nothing wrong with training role player potential player. Just know that he is going to be capped in about a season or 2 of training and be prepared to sell him when that happens. Just be sure that he isn't going to be a keeper or long term prospect for your team.

However this should also depend on whether you can get access to better trainees and whether they fit into your player rotation/training regime

Unfortunate, but you can always buy some prospects off the market. Obviously allstar+ guys will go more expensive but you might find some starter/star potential players that will go for a lot cheaper price. He will still have better potential than your role player potential players and will not be too expensive in the transfer market.

Should i train one position for him?But his potential is starter!

He's a SF..but with his height...I think he perfer to be a PF..Am i right?

And there's a small problem...i bided a player yesterday(10/5/10) ... Why did i not get the player ?

I love it when people say potential is to low, do you understand starter potential can get up to mid 20k salary? That will be a good player all the way through Div 3 in the USA. If I had it to do over again i would get a bunch of guys who have starter potential and train them for a couple seasons at guard then again at forward/center. That team would make me competitive in div 4 to get trainees that would push me over the top after I maxed trained them. So I guess if he was mine I would train him as a PF.
