I disagree with this totally. I think his height is an advantage, just train his as a SF. You already have most of the big guy skills so all you'll need to do is train up handling, jump range and passing. Might take a little while since those are so low and you might want to throw in a couple jump shot trainings as well down the road but the fact that he's short actually helps a lot here.

3 key skills are atrocious if you want him to be a SF and way too short for a C-PF. not worth putting any effort. you can buy a better trainee with a relatively small amount.

Just to get JR, HN, and PA to 7 (respectable) you need 18 pops. That is roughly 2 seasons of 2 position training or 1.5 seasons of 1 position training. That's a lot of work for a 21-yr old SF with average OD and mediocre JS. This is an unfortunate case where the height and skill distribution really kill the player.
