The orthodox way of training in BB is to train either guards or big men. Not both.

I would say that respectable passing is very good for a division 5 team.
I would also say that there are many ways to train your team.
Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

Except if you want to improve the same skill of different types of players. What is wrong with playing your centre at PG for a match to train passing? It is certainly an important skill for all players.
