I just went through one draft before, the highest was 4225 and hes already 19, another 2 is 18 and the highest is 3729

To everyone, you can post the starting salary of your draft if you wan't to share it, don't have to be higher, just post it if you feel like doing it.

Just to set the benchmark: there's currently a 18yo on the TL with $ 7 920 salary/week.

I started playing at the end of season 12 and for season 13's draft, I was the first pick and drafted $5200 super SF. He already had good number of respectables and averages everywhere (only the thing is I didn't know much about training that time...if I knew, he'd already be on the U21 team...). So his salary for this season still hasn't reached $7000. But I talked to the U21 team manager and depending on how the training goes, he'll be on the U21 team by the end of this season. So I'm putting a lot of effort into training him :)
