There could be the way to get experiences without misleading informations from users. However I just dont like to see that anyone should get every information just by asking questions by BB-mail. Its not like we kindly share these in forums, it feels more like a conspiracy to me.
How about this, I think that these which feel a need for helping people by contacting them, are in fact satisfying theirs need for a company where they could act like a mentors, because in their real lives, they are sad people which dosent have anyone to tell how they would do things.
