That is acrually the best feeling model I have seen to date, according to experience, no facts to put on the table. Btw if someone comes dragging with the number 22 again as some kind of border line, I'm getting a mental meltdown..

I've heard from 21 y/o to 22 is a huge dropoff just from being a NT scout and talking to managers. But something I have not yet experienced.

I think it also depends on what's being trained.

I am currently training OD on a 23 year old 6'8" and he's popping every 3 weeks, no doubt if I trained something like JS I'd expect pops every 2-3 weeks, as well as more pops in secondary training.

Well of course. But just to get the hang of the training curve with ageing,

I am currently training two guys who are 6'2, one is a 20 y.o., the other is 21. obviously they have gotten the same training every week. The 21 y.o. has 6 pops over the last 12 weeks while the 20 y.o. has 9 pops. This has been my first time training a player older than 20, but it has definitely been the biggest slowdown i have seen training a player.

Only players reaching their soft cap slow down in training drastically. Otherwise the training slows down linearly.

Good to know. My 22 year old that's 6'7 pops in OD at about the same rate. Shouldn't be much of a noticeable decline.

I think I'm going to train each of my 22 year olds for 2 more seasons at least.

Somebody once told me that subtracting 1 pop per age is a decent guess-stimate.

For ex..

Age 18 - 12 pops
19-11 pops
20-10 pops
21-9 pops
22-8pops
23-7 pops
24 - 6 pops

Great Modle But that would mean that when they turn 30 they will Stop getting Pops then they wil start getting Skill Drops :D when 31+

well, that only misses the end point by one year, and when you take 0.9 skill pops less insteadd of 1, you'll get even closer.
