So I would take that as a yes? lol

And yes my GS and Enthusiasm is great.

I think it is funner to start out in league V and work your way up. It would be boring if I started in league III.

I would prefer every single one of the players I am not training to be 27-31. Experience is huge. Who cares if he has to rotate players in 2-3 seasons. That works out just fine as he upgrades his players. Trust me, you won't keep all of the same players forever. In fact, you will probably part with one or two guys on your team now that you are absolutely sure you will keep forever.

Just cause he gets older doesn't mean his salary is going to increase... And even so, even if he is getting training, it isn't substantial. So it will only be like 1-2k salary increase..

Unless you have a 5 or 6 season promotion plan then it is more cost effective to buy 27-28 year old players. I am sure the amount of competitive and active owners with promotion plans that take this long to develop is a relatively small percentage. The net loss that a team would take by buying a 27 year old and then selling him 2-3 seasons down the line is much smaller than the loss a team would take buying 23 year old players and then dealing them when they are 30. I do agree that trainees are necessary, and they too have a substantial economic impact. However, I do not find it suitable to build a team at the IV level around a young team. The talent costs to much, and you can't effectively train all of them. I also agree that 27-31 year old players do not sell for as much, but in comparison, they do not cost as much either.
