What level of doctor should I carry for a DV team?
Looks to me like you are in D.IV.
For doctor I would say get a level 2 or 3, and definitely fire your current PR guy. I had one like you for a little bit because He was at a really good deal, but after to weeks I calculated that the money he brought in from extra people and merchandise was actually less than what I was paying him. That little turd! Instead pick up a basic one with national appeal or crowd involvement. You should be should to get one for around 1-2k with a 5k salary.
If you are paying your trainer alot, it might be worth something to evaluate your trainees. You want to be training 18-21 year olds, preferably 18 and 19.
