Personally I'd train him in big skills for the first two seasons, get them up to prolific/sensational then move to training his guard skills. It's what I did with my SF.

Grate srarting potential, I think he could be prety good SF if you would train his JS and latter OD.

I agree with this plan, it seems great to me. One thing I'd like to add is I like Respectable/Strong Inside shot on Guards because it helps their Driving a lot. If you train JS enough on Wingmen position (I'd recommend at least one-two weeks also on Forwards), he will get at least two pops in IS anyway and he will rarely miss a layup.

Unlike other PG/SGs with Marvelous Driving and Atrocious/Pitiful IS, who miss at least 3-4 layups per game in inside tactis (hint hint - (7929116))

Hey.. Does anyone have any data how long it would take to train that inside shot on short 18y player. Like couple of pops. CoachParrot says it would be like 0.26-0.3 per week and that seems really low -> 2 pop = 7-8 weeks. I'm just wondering if someone has any data on this or should I just forget about it.
