Thank you very much for your help from you all! You gave me different advices, so I'll try both of them in next games.

Napauttaja: I tried this already and I don't know why, but subs always played no more than 12-15 minutes. Ideal would be a split of 30/18 or even 28/20....

Bossofbosses, I will try your proposition first and see if it works for me also, if not, I'll try napauttaja's. In any case, I'll report back here and tell if it worked. Thanks!

Do it like this..

PG: A/B/C
SG: C/D/A
SF: Trainee all 3 slots
PF: Trainee all 3 slots
C: E/F/E

I've had success with this so I stick to this when double pos. Once in a while in blowout game my trainee will get subbed out with 1 minute left in the game, so he gets 47 minutes. Dont know why, but it happens once in a blue moon, but at least its for a minute so its not a big deal if your trainee loses a minute.

Hi!

It was indeed a blowout and my coach set the starting 5 (except trainees) few minutes before end of 3rd quarter. I've done like you said and here are the results:

A: 26
B: 22
C: 28
D: 20
E: 21
F: 27

Trainees: full 48 minutes.

The minutes are finally distributed like they should! I think I've never had such nice distribution. I will include this in training guide I'm writing for my country. Thank you very much!
