Personally I think it is ridiculous that their weekly salaries increase every week.. what job in real life do you get a weekly payrise in???

Even the players only increase at the end of the season.. should be the same for staff.

p.s. just finished a friggin bidding way for a level 4 doctor with a salary of 10k... madness!!!

If they didn't increase each week you wouldn't really think about them except once a season, it's just there way to make staff a more important part of the game. At least it works the same for everyone :)
