It shows 490000 as the starting bid for me, so no problem here.

The player wasn't transfer listed after all. Not sure if a GM removed him or more likely, he actually never made it out on the transfer list in the first place.
Sorry about this, honest mistake from my side. I went through the error screens late at night and then the morning after saw 0$.

GMs don't have the ability to pull players off the TL.
