I think that a suggestion that I allready suggested in a different thread would work, and would also get rid of much money in the system.

If People Train their own Draftee, the salarie should increase at a slower speed. This would also help the economy. I do agree that BB could increase the number of levels.

So the problem is that the adjectives are too exuberant? consider "sensational" the bare minimum for NCAA DI, then, and "prodigious" the standard for the NBA? Pro basketball players are really, really good.

I think that when you train your own drafts the whole time its possibile, that the salaries could be higher than your income.

My basic theory is the following:
- the average skill level of teams in lower leagues raise every year
- the income is the same, or lower (average lower, new teams=more teams are in lower leagues with lower income)

BB solution: recalculating salary formula

results:
- low-division teams comes closer to the skills of higher-division teams (thats good), but higher teams have still the higher incomes
- the low prices on the transfer list for good players

Maybe its the wrong philosophy, but if there won't be so many players with higher skills available, the TL would have higher prices. I like the current salary formula, but I dislike the mass of players that have 15+ skills.

First of all, it's not an outcry of me. I used advantages of economy changes in the past, I have 10+ million on the bank and should be happy about the current development of prices. My saved money had never a higher value than today :D

ok, I understand your arguments. And can agree in lots of points. Its also okay for me that TL prices ain't more than the salary (its not my favorite, but I understand that point of view)

But I have one question left: When team ratings raise every season of all teams and lower leagues need to go to the limit (that means negative week stats) to be competitive... I mean this is a current existing problems in lower leagues. The answer couldn't only be "They missmanage.", there are too many teams with this problem I think.
(One solution would be they can't get the players that would ruin them (topic: higher TL prices) ;) )
So my question is: After the development of the past seasons, in 5+ seasons much more high skilled players exists, smaller teams get them to stay in competition, but income is still nearly the same.
I mean worst case scenario: current DIV.2 rosters in DIV.4, a skill 15 is nothing special anymore. And the only possibility is reducing salaries to compensate this (what would produce an advantage to the higher divisions)?

I believe its one of the main reasons the user number stagnates. That users cant handle the players that they could buy...in the first seasons as a newbee..but also in the sportive ambition to promote (1 winner, but enough loosers that are not able to handle the loss).

BB is a long term game and should be interesting of being easy to manage for a occasional gamer.
