The training week runs from Saturday (league game) through Friday morning, so includes the the two league games and one friendly/scrimmage on Thursday.
The training update is somewhat later in Europe and Asia. This is so that you get training when you play a scrimmage in the Americas (for example game time in the USA is at 0100 UTC Friday, with games lasting to around 0300 Friday.
The economic week runs from Monday morning, so that the Saturday league game is the last of the economic week.
