Well not in any guard skill, a 5'9 player trains the same speed than a 7'0 guy in Passing and in Jump Shot.

Passing?? Is there any proof of this?? Can anyone else verify?

Passing is a guard skill so I didn't expect C to train at same speed as a PG. Although personally I doubt it unless I see some evidence..

Yes, I can verify this, as I've been training passing on a 7'3" guy for weeks and he pops every second week, right now he has proficient passing.

This doesn't prove anything...

Well the information is too limited. Other than the height, the training speed depends on age, level of other skills etc.
If he was very young and other skills were much better than passing, it doesn't seem that surprising that passing pops every 2 weeks, as passing pops quite quick.
As an example, I used to have 6'8 PF and I was training him for OD when he was 20 year old, with lvl 4 trainer. He got a pop in OD every 2 weeks.
I just don't think that one example like that is sufficient to verify the assumption (although I myself also believe that passing is not effected by height, I'm just stating my view :P).
