It's not a black & white answer, theirs a lot of other factors to look at DMI, Game Shape etc, assuming all is even I would say HC is worth more than the Enthusiasm boost.

so if you have home court in game two...tanking it to gain 3 enthusiasm to play an away game for game 3 is not advisable.

when you are sure you win this with tie(PO-normal), do it. If you thibk it get close with an Tie don't do it - because you must likely reduce the chanche of winning game 2 more then raise the chanche to win game 3.

It's hard to say, but I think 2 or 3 points difference in enthusiasm beat HCA

i beg to differ. last season i went into playoff's 20-2 and played a 22-0 team whom had HCA and a superior side. although i TIE'd a fair few games leading into the season so had good enthusiasm and i wont that matchup so i believe having a greater enthusiasm can overcome the HCA. oh and you better play good tactics

But we're talking about Play off Normal in 1 game. You say you TIE'd quite a few games, that means a bigger enthousiasm difference.

I'd go for the HCA as well.

according to coachparrot, HCA is equivalent to about 2-3 levels of enthusiasm. One game of Playoff Normal usually doesn't give you that much of an advantage. Go with trying to win your home game.
