Yeah, i will stop buying those scrubs, the first week of next season, i'll buy a player or two because i know they'll be pretty cheap. I'm actually going to do mostly 2 position training, mainly gaurds, i guess i'll switch every couple weeks to big men if that sounds good.

When i build my money up a bit more i'm going to buy some 25-30 year olds with 6k or more salary. I already have one player like that in a power forward with 6k salary, he's a veteran. I just like getting trainees, but any way, i have two trainees that i'm developing and eventually i'm going to either sell or fire some of my players after the draft.

I can't get any good players 6k or above right now because of lack of funds, but my funds are building. Next season will be a special season.

Sticking to one type of training (guard, interiors) are the good thing. And not week to week, but also season to season. Changing to guard one season, then to center, then to Power forward or SF is not a good thing.Train your guys to a real level does not require one season, but more.

Well I for one am planning to train a whole starting 5 in the next 10+ seasons, using 2 pos training.
I'm not focusing on primaries, but height will be a factor so after 10 seasons, my small player will be the better PG and my tall player will be the better C.
How does that sound?

Well, like i said before, i can't afford to buy better players right now because of bidding wars. And actually i was bidding on a much much better point gaurd than the one i bought today. He was a division IV point gaurd, some players i buy like scrubs, so i can use them in scrimmages so i won't give my current players that i'm training too many minutes.

I don't want game shape drops, other wises i'd have starters with 100 minutes. But maybe i did start a thread like this before i'm not sure, i only did team training two weeks with no success so, i'll never do that again. But right now i have to save some money so i can buy those better players, and so then i won't buy those scrubs.

It just happen that last friday i didn't get any pops, and i was wondering why, that's all. If i had more money right now, i would have been able to buy a much much better point gaurd, which is what i was bidding on, he would have been a good 6th man for my team, he scored 13 ppg, and i think 6 assists per game at least, and he had a lot of double digit assists per game at times. The guy i was trying to out bid other teams on.

Looking forward as always to see if you listen to any advice that is given to you now or if you continue to go your own path =)

Seriously, this is my first season of playing BB, and I'm already sick of "Brain buster" asking the same training questions over and over again. Dude, this game is not hard (at the D5 level) if you just READ THE GAME MANUAL!!! I'm willing to bet you haven't actually read the whole thing through. And if you have, you need to read it again. Both GM-Perpete and Manon have gone out of their way to answer your questions patiently, and if I were them I'd be banging my head against the wall every time you post the same basic question in the Help Forum and go against their previous advice.

But in the spirit of helping, especially a fellow American, this thread might help you:
